How to Fill It Out

For each tool and each requirement, multiply the score by the weight. Then sum all weighted scores for each tool.

  • Asana Score: 3 (Weighted: 15)
  • Linear Score: 5 (Weighted: 25)
  • ClickUp Score: 4 (Weighted: 20)

Add these up for all requirements. The tool with the highest total score is your data-driven recommendation.

  • Add requirements specific to your workflow

  • Adjust weights based on your priorities

Important Caveats

This spreadsheet is helpful, but it's not perfect.
